Fisherman's Diary - 1

A sunny Tuesday. I came home from my night work at 9:30 AM (every morning, I ride Bus No. 54 from Bishan Bus Interchange to Chinatown Point, which is a one-hour travel but better than riding the MRT from Bishan Station to Serangoon Station and Serangoon Station to Chinatown Station since I could daydream and SIT AT THE END of the bus). I logged in, but no one was online yet so I played 2 NBA games (my team was Portland Trail Blazers, with “me” as one of the players and the only player which I can control). When I finished off both my opponents (Cleveland and Toronto) by an average margin of 15 points, I tried to login and check whether my FBs (FISHING Buddies!) were already online. Fortunately, three of them were present, and they were with one new acquaintance.

Santi, Shine, new friend Bong and Alyn (start from the guy beside Shinichi, the "rich and cool" fisherman with green boxer short) did not disappoint me. I am into one of the toughest situations I’ve ever been, and they have been realistic with their advice to me. And they are right – it may not be the same again, but only time can tell. I just do whatever is right, and ask for His guidance because He has His own plans. At least, there will be no regrets.
I had a great time with them that I forgot to sleep early (yeah, it was 3 AM! Oops, 3 PM was the actual time; I have a reversed clock due to my work schedule). But I was fired up and inspired - to continue with my life and at the same time be a better man like what I promised.
